Mr Paul Lim is the Founder and Chairman of Fidelium Group. Paul served 19 years in the Singapore Police Force and held several leadership positions. In 2010, he took over a one-man security company Soverus Pte Ltd and within 6 years, expanded the business into five countries (including Laos), 16 subsidiaries and 1,000 employees, providing the full spectrum of security products and services ranging from cyber security to manned guarding. In January 2016, the group was listed on SGX Catalist under the holding company Secura Group Ltd which was also founded by Paul. Secura Group Ltd had a market capitalisation of SGD100m at IPO.
Paul is a recipient of the prestigious Singapore Police Force (SPF) Overseas Scholarship in 1990 and the SPF Post Graduate Scholarship in 2002. He holds a Master in Arts (Mathematics) from Cambridge University and a Master in Public Management (Lee Kuan Yew Fellow) from NUS with half a semester in Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
